01st July 2021 New Partner for Whittles as Dan Insley Promoted Article by:Marketing Firm News Share Copied Share Copied Dan Insley has been promoted to Partner, with effect from 01 July 2021. Dan joins the three other members of the partnership – Rachel Skells, Tim Moriarty and Michael Greene. Dan, who has been with Whittles for over nine years, graduated from Sheffield University with a dual honours degree in Accounting and Financial Management and Mathematics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015 and became a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation earlier this year. Dan’s broad-based experience covers both the audit and accounts department and the personal tax department. He has particular experience in solicitors’ accounts rules audits, FCA Client money audits and charity audits and independent examinations. He also specialises in personal tax and corporate tax with a particular focus on Owner Managed Businesses Since 2019, Dan has been an active member of Colchester Round Table 367 which aims to raise money for needy causes in and around Colchester. Its largest fundraiser is the annual Santa Sleigh event. Rachel Skells, the Firm’s Managing Partner was delighted to announce the promotion: “It is a great pleasure as a senior member of the firm to watch younger members of the team such as Dan join and then grow over the years in terms of confidence and experience.
