Firm News

A nine-strong team from Streets Whittles were among the 77 walkers of all ages who joined the 14 mile seafront stroll, happily in sunshine, from Clacton to Walton (and back) on Sunday 24th September.

Clearly identified by wearing their underwear, superhero-style over their clothes, the ‘Pants to Cancer’ walkers were fundraising for The Robin Cancer Trust, a life-saving charity which helps to educate young people on ovarian and testicular cancer and support those who have been diagnosed.

Local newspaper, the Clacton and Frinton Gazette has reported on the walk, announcing that over £2,600 has been raised so far. However, there is still time to add your support by donating via the JustGiving page.

Congratulations to Darren Couchman and the rest of the team at The Robin Cancer Trust for organising the day.

Well done to the Streets Whittles team: Rachel Skells and husband Mike, Dan Insley , Louisa Tippett , Sebastian Copp, Nicolette Betchley Alex Wallace, Heather George and Luke Gormley.
